FAD study to be launched

On Thursday June 26, the Chairman of beyondblue, the Hon. Jeff Kennett AC, will be joining us at MAPrc to formally launch the FAD Study, Facebook use in Affective Disorders. The FAD Study will examine changes in social media use by an individual before and during a bipolar relapse. The study aims to identify whether it is possible to predict an episode of mania by analysing changes in Facebook use. This is a joint project between MAPrc and the School of Intelligent Systems at RMIT. For more information about the study, please see The FAD Study.
