Five stages of life in Lockdown - Interview with Professor Kulkarni

The second lockdown in Victoria is harder than the first. People are angry this is happening, scared about how long it might last, and worried about the long-term effects on everyone and everything around them. So what have we learnt since last time about coping with lockdown? And is what we're going through  essentially the five stages of grief and loss? Today on The Signal, we look for the dim light at the end of the tunnel marked stage 3 and stage 4. How do you keep sight of it? And if you're outside Victoria, how can you help?
